Hold the space
with us.

HUMAN STATE works with a small circle of facilitators in the UAE and beyond. If your practice is rooted in the body and you want to bring it to our retreats, outdoor days and city evenings, we'd love to hear from you.

Where you'd hold space

Four ways to work with us.

  1. Retreats01

    Retreats

Host retreats with us in the UAE and beyond, and hold the group from beginning to end.

  2. Outdoor days02

    Outdoor days

Sunrise hikes, nights under the stars and sunset rides. The practice happens outside.

  3. City evenings03

    City evenings

Evening sessions of breathwork, movement and sound in the city.

  4. Teams & private groups04

    Teams & private groups

Off-sites, workshops and private sessions for companies and circles that ask us to come to them.

What we look for

  1. 01

A practice rooted in the body

Breathwork, somatic work, yoga, movement, sound, cold water or guiding outdoors. The nervous system comes first.

    Body-led · Grounded

  2. 02

    Training and real hours

A recognised training behind you, and time spent actually holding groups, not only your own practice.

    Certifications · Group experience

  3. 03

    Steady in the field

Comfortable leading on a mountain at dawn, on a boat with no signal, or in a room of people who have never done this before.

    Outdoors · Mixed groups

  4. 04

    Grounded, not performative

No guru energy. You hold the space so the group can do the work, and you leave people more themselves.

    Humble · Clear · Kind

How it works

  1. 01

    Apply

Tell us about your practice and share a link where we can see your work.

  2. 02

    A conversation

If it feels aligned, Diana's team sets up a call to get to know you.

  3. 03

    Meet in practice

We experience a session together before anything goes on the calendar.

  4. 04

    Hold space with us

We plan the first experience together and build from there.
